Upcycled Marula Oil is obtained from the stones of the Marula fruit discarded by the agri-food industry. A highly nutritious oil, rich in essential fatty acids for the skin, is obtained through a cold-pressing process.
Retinal, a natural active ingredient that's up to 20 times more potent than retinol in terms of anti-aging efficacy, is added to this unique formula. The result? A feeling of instant nourishment and less visible wrinkles.

Marula
Remember that funny video you were sent of elephants lying on the ground looking drunk? Well, the Marula fruit was the culprit.
Marula pulp is used to make beverages and liquors, but the stones are considered worthless and discarded. A real shame for the humble Marula stone! At GSKIN, we've decided to give them a new life. To do this, women from local fair-trade cooperatives in Africa manually extract the stones from the Marula fruit and cold press them to obtain an oil rich in nutritional, moisturizing and antioxidant properties, helping to repair the hydrolipidic layer of the skin. |

A SECOND LIFE
Women from local fair-trade cooperatives in Africa extract the stones of the Marula fruit by hand, recovering them to give them a second life.
EXTRACTION
The recovered stones are cold pressed, obtaining a nutritious oil rich in essential fatty acids like oleic acid and linoleic acid.
FORMULATION
We design, create, and produce a formula with Marula Upcycled oil designed for dry skin, providing nutrition and also helping to prevent premature aging.
PACKAGING
We pack our formula in sustainable glass packaging and boxes made of sugar cane, perfectly closing the sustainability circle.
